Executive Summary
AI is quickly becoming a mainstream technology used in a wide variety of industries. While the current view is that servers that excel at AI training must reside in a controlled environment in a data center, this new and innovative Supermicro Liquid Cooled AI development system with powerful CPUs and GPUs allows a much larger set of data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to make better decisions while reducing OPEX costs.
My main involvements
Managed NIR and collaborated with the Architecture and System teams to coordinate and execute Qualification and Certification across EVT, DVT, and PVT stages. Successfully achieved NV-Qual and NV-Cert approval ahead of the product launch.
Led the procurement buyer team to negotiate sample pricing and allocate materials, ensuring on-time support for products from a Supply Chain perspective.
Played a key role in the Go-To-Market strategy, participating in product launches with Nvidia at industry events, and enhancing visibility through organic and paid social media efforts.
Developed and led a global sales strategy, managing partner Seeding and Evaluation programs to ensure a smooth transition from concept to revenue generation.
Oversaw aging inventory, RMA, and logistics processes to efficiently complete product EOL while transitioning to the next generation of products.
